This villa is everything you are looking for when you want to spend your holiday in the Frisian lake area with your family. The villa is located on open waters, and you can sail onto the Slotermeer in no time! On the ground floor of this villa there is a spacious living room and nice kitchen. You will also find a bedroom with private bathroom on this floor. The interior of the house is industrial but cozy. From the living room you can step onto the terrace on the water, where you can also moor the boat. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. There is a children's bedroom with a bunk bed and two bedrooms with box-spring beds. There are two bathrooms on the first floor, as well as a separate toilet. - Good to know, the garden is fenced.

All villas are located on the water, from where you can make beautiful boat trips through Gaasterland or the Frisian Lakes. In Balk is everything you need; supermarkets, cozy shops and fine restaurants. In addition, the smallest Elfsteden town of Sloten is nearby!
