At Herman Serveert, you can choose from three menus: Menu Taste, Menu Share, and Menu Enjoy. Each menu starts with a pintxo; a traditional Basque bread or small bite with a toothpick in it.

Then, a selection of both tapas frias and tapas calientes (cold and warm tapas) follows. You can let us know your preferences in advance. For example, if there is something you don’t like or can’t have, we will take that into account. All dishes are small, and you are encouraged to try everything. The menu is very extensive, so even true food lovers with a healthy appetite will find satisfaction at Herman Serveert.

If you opt for the Menu Share, after the warm tapas, you will also receive a special tapas dessert. These are small sweet bites; artisanally made ice cream, fruity mousses, and cakes with innovative flavors. If you would prefer a cup of coffee or tea with delicious chocolates, that is certainly an option as well.

And if you can’t decide between dessert or coffee/tea? Choose the Menu Enjoy, and you will get both.
