The 'Kubus' has an entrance with a wardrobe and storage space for sailing suits and life jackets. The living area has a sitting area, dining area and a bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a six-burner stove and oven. There is a dishwasher, spacious pantry, large refrigerator and a complete kitchen inventory available. The kitchen can be kept open or closed as desired. Behind the Kubus there is a terrace and a playing field. The accommodation has two separate sanitary facilities, each with two showers, two toilets and three washbasins. There are three bedrooms for six people and three bedrooms for five people, all with bunk beds. The rooms open onto a hall with storage space for sailing suits. Each room has a spacious closet.
Location
The Ulepanne is located in Balk, in Gaasterland. In Balk you will find several restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The Sailing School and group accommodations are located near the Slotermeer.
Special about this accommodation
Large patio doors open onto a lovely terrace with views over the vast meadows. The accommodation also has a large lawn that serves as an excellent playing field.
Important to know
From May to mid-September the accommodation is rented in combination with the rental of boats and/or canoes and Sub-boards.
