Comfort and cosiness is what you will find in Watervilla Njoggen! The spacious living room has a large, lovely corner sofa with a view of the water. The living room has an attractive wood-burning stove and French doors. You can dine comfortably at the spacious dining table and the open kitchen is also fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, Quooker, Nespresso and multifunctional oven. The bedroom on the ground floor is spacious and even has its own en-suite bathroom. When you go up the stairs you will see that there are three more bedrooms upstairs. There is a children's bedroom with a bunk bed and two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. On the first floor are two bathrooms and a separate toilet. From the couch in the living room, you can step outside onto the waterfront terrace, or walk into the spacious garden.

Lutz Watervillapark is located on the edge of Balk, directly against the Slotermeer! 20 sustainable, luxurious water villas are situated in this holiday park. All villas are located on the water, from where you can make beautiful boat trips through Gaasterland or the Frisian Lakes. In Balk is everything you need; supermarkets, cozy shops and fine restaurants. In addition, the smallest Elfsteden town of Sloten is nearby!
Special about this accommodation
Each villa differs in design, but each villa is attractive and contemporary. The terrace has a swimming ladder, so after a jump in the water you can climb back onto the terrace. Or how about a lovely shower outside? You have a dock at your disposal. If you don't have your own boat, you could moor a rental boat. You can book a boat via the reception or online.

The water villa is very suitable for families. The villa is not rented to (groups of) young people. The main booker must be at least 27 years old and must stay in the water villa for the entire rented period.
