Lemmer Beach (also known as Lemsterstrand) is on the east shore of Lake IJsselmeer.

Lemmer Beach (also known as Lemsterstrand) in the lakeside resort of Lemmer is on the east shore of Lake IJsselmeer. There are beach terraces and a pavilion and the town centre is nearby. The beach is to the south of Lemmer and is spread over 3.5 hectares.

Swimming is allowed, but sailing and surfing are not permitted. Windsurfing is permitted during the low season from 1 October to 1 May. Amenities at the beach include play structures for kids, public toilets and free parking. Bikes can be hired in the town.
